Guests can roll out a blanket for a day of food, wine and entertainment culminating in a sunset riverside concert of jazz, folk and opera.

Experience the Chefs of Surfers Paradise as they provide cooking demonstrations that teach you the how-to of gourmet cooking. Sample foods straight from the growers, and grab a larger bite to eat from one of the many traders, all providing dishes under AUD10 a plate. And in the ultimate food and wine setting, grab a square of grass for a river side concert including the Royal Australian Navy Band, David De Vito and Liam Burrows.
