Darlington Park
Darlington Park is a world heritage listed scenic rim about 90 kilometres from Brisbane and 28 kilometres from Beaudesert. It is situated on the Albert River, which runs all year, and perfect for a cool off.
The park is very popular with campers and motor home travelers.
It is nestled in the foothills of Lamington National park, which has more frog, snake, bird and marsupial species than any other area in Australia. Birdwatchers may be lucky enough to see the endangered Albert Lyrebird or the regent and satin bowerbird.
