After dark, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary's Yanguwah experience immerses guests in an engaging evening of Indigenous Australia and native wildlife. The experience includes a traditional welcome ceremony, Kup Murri feast, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander song and dance performance.
Feed a friendly mob of kangaroos, hold a koala or even a crocodile!
Doors open at 5.30 p.m. for a 6.00 p.m. start!
During Yanguwah, which means 'Welcome' in the local Yugambeh language, you will experience traditional culture, proudly brought to you by the Jaran Dance Troupe, who provide the only daily Aboriginal and Islander dance performance on the Gold Coast.
